Flowers are fragile. Following these simple steps to care for your flowers prior to dropping off or shipping will help to ensure we receive them in the best possible condition. Keep Them Hydrated.
Either place the flower stems in a vase/container of water or add a bit of water to the oasis of the arrangement they are in. DO NOT spray water on and DO NOT place the bloom-heads themselves in water. Special note to brides: Your bouquet will stay fresher longer if you can avoid those crushing hugs and place your bouquet in a water source immediately after the ceremony. Keep Them In A Cool Dry Place
Your special flowers should be placed upright in containers then placed in an area that is cool & dry. A basement, garage, or even your dining room table is fine as long as they are kept reasonably cool. It is not necessary to refrigerate your flowers (in fact we'd rather you didn't). DO NOT freeze your flowers. Protect your flowers from inclement weather conditions.
